Enjoy traveling but dislike having a language barrier that makes it difficult to get around? Perhaps you’d like to ask for directions, such as a place to find some food or even a place to use the restroom, but beings as you’re not comfortable with the language, you fear you might end up in some back alley behind a dumpster. It’s a fear many World travelers have, yet it’s a fear that may soon be put to rest.
Now such a thing as ‘around the world travel without a translator’ will soon become the go-to method for many. A new invention by Waverly Labs has created a device called the Pilot System, which is an in-ear device that can translate English, Spanish, French, or Italian in real time. This means when someone is speaking to you in any of these languages and you don’t understand what they are saying, you can use the device by placing it gently in your ear and it will translate what that person is saying as they say it in a language you can understand.
